About

CRVWWDA is a government agency responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing national public water works in the Central Rift Valley region. The Planning Officer I implements strategy, planning policies, and monitoring and evaluation frameworks for the Agency's operations and performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement Agency strategy and planning policies, procedures, systems, standards and guidelines

•Implement methodologies for monitoring and evaluating the development impact of Agency operations

•Monitor and evaluate implementation of the Agency Service Delivery Charter

•Analyze enterprises undertaken in all directorates and divisions

•Implement the Agency Strategic Plan and performance contracts

•Assess overall Agency performance against performance contracts

•Prepare periodic reports of project results and strategy implementation

Requirements

✓Cumulative service period of three (3) years' work experience in the grade of Planning Officer II or in a comparable position in the Public Service or Private Sector

✓Bachelor's Degree in any of the following disciplines: Economics, Statistics, Business, Quality Assurance, or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution

✓Proficiency in computer applications
