CRVWWDA is a government agency responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing national public water works in the Central Rift Valley region. The ICT Officer II is an entry-level role responsible for maintaining and supporting ICT systems, applications, networks, and equipment across the Agency.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyse, design, test and implement ICT applications

•Provide advanced user support

•Maintain and support ICT systems

•Train end users in ICT systems

•Receive, install, certify and configure ICT equipment

•Maintain and update website and portals

•Configure and maintain local area networks and wide area networks

•Prepare ICT technical specifications, user manuals and documentation

Requirements

✓Bachelor of Science degree in any of the following fields: Computer Science, Computer Technology, Informatics, Computer Science & Technology, Information Systems, Informatics and Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Security and Forensics, Business Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution
